Returns

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

• Initiate a return request directly from your account
• Log into your account here
• Be sure to use the same email address associated with your order
• Find the order you want to return
• Select "Request Return"
• Provide reason and any additional comments

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For more information, please see our Refund Policy below:
